  • If no, be sure you have an active account by going to "link", click sign up and fill out form.  If you have an account, it will inform you.  If not, finish signing up and verfify your email.  Try logging in once you crfeate your new account.

If you have training:

• Login to https://training.qsc.com/qsys.php/ with your new email address to create your new training accunt.

Let us know to transfer your training records and also to deactivate your old work email.  We typically have a work account and a personal account for our users because alot of our users have personal audio equipment to manage as well as working in the industry.  So if you're transferring from your personal account to a new corporate account, we would not inactivate your personal account but could still transfer your certs to your work account.

Select your federation type:

SAML 2.0:

• Your SAML metadata document. It can be a URL or an XML document.
• Will your identity provider send the "SPNameQualifier" or "NameQualifier" attributes on the subject NameID in its SAML response, and if so, what the value of these attributes will be.

• List of assertions/claims that your platform will send to QSC in its SAML response, including the specific identifiers for each. At minimum, this must include a unique identifier for each user (as the subject NameID) and the user's email address.

• Configure the SAML relationship on your side.

OpenID Connect/OAuth (OIDC):

1. Create an application ID and secret, using the following Redirect URL: ciam.qsc.com/1dd719ed-f073-4cdd-9c8e-2aa16a188def/oauth2/authresp
2. Please provide us with the following:
   1. OpenID Connect well-known metadata URL: [Your OAuth URL]
       
   2. A list of assertions/claims that your application will emit (Minimum: unique ID for the user, user's email address)
       
   3. Send Client ID and Client Secret in a secure encrypted email.
