Software License Agreement

For the software license agreement, refer to the text file provided with the software and installer.

Except as expressly permitted by the law in effect in the jurisdiction in which you are located, you shall not reverse engineer the firmware which is contained in this product ("Firmware") and you shall not modify the Firmware. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QSC (INCLUDING QSC'S OEM SUPPLIERS AND THEIR LICENSORS) BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF USING THE FIRMWARE. The Firmware may contain third party software components. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the terms and conditions of such third party software components shall be applied to your usage of the Firmware.
